The Strong Adventure Race: 6hr Event
While perfect for those athletes new to the sport of adventure racing, the 6 hour event will still challenge experienced teams of 3 as they wind their way through Harrison Bay State Park. The race will include mountain biking, trail running, flatwater paddling, orienteering points and a few mystery events. Basic navigational skills will be needed to complete the course. This is an unsupported race.
The Strong Adventure Race will benefit the North River Family YMCA & Aquatic Center's Strong Kids Campaign.

Cost
$65 per person
* TrailBlazer Adventure Racing Club members can receive a $5 discount
with a valid membership card.
Canoes are available to rent for an additional $15. (3 PFDs and 3 paddles
are included in this fee.)
Team Format
Teams can be coed, all male, or all female. Only teams of three are allowed.
The elite category (eligible for cash prizes) for the race is the three
person coed team.
Prizes
1st - $500
2nd - $300
3rd - $200
Cash prizes will be available to the top three elite teams. ONLY elite teams are eligible for cash prizes.
The top team in the all female and all male categories will also receive prizes. Depending on sponsorship, we may go deeper with prizes in the male/female categories.
